Tanaosri Resort ★★★

I like the resort environment, i don't feel like i'm staying nearby the beach while i'm inside the resort but it is in walking distance.

Nothing that i really don't like.

There is nothing we wouldn't like.

I have been staying many times throughout the past years even though the resort can use much fixing up(doors and some leaks on the roof) somehow the infrastructure was build very well for its aged . The design of the villa rooms are so generous and love love love the high ceiling and hard wood floor with lots of wooden frames windows. The landscape is so cozy and wild but in well done way. Not posh or spectacularly 5 stars but somehow for the price points it is way better than most modern new places the are cramp and full of concrete and less tree and greens. Staffs are always gentle and pleasant and very much leave us be. I always felt like I was in my very own home with so much garden and it is never too crowded. Swimming pool are simple but clean. Stayed here over 10 ties already for 1 to 4 nights ranges.

They can use internet wifi to be more accessible in the room(but maybe it is ok to just be offline and truly enjoy nature again). Would encourage more pro active approach to renovation and fixing up good things that are falling apart by wear and tear and aged..ex. our room door was unable to fully close and have to be lifted to latched. things like these can make the beauty of Tanao be doubt.

We stayed for 4 days and three nights. The best part was the location, it just oversees the sea. The food was good, not much variety, but we liked Thai food so we were very satisfied, good quality. Breakfast was average, the Asian breakfast is substantial and filling. Staff were very friendly. However the serene environment and great arrangement for our trip to the mangrove forest was the highlght of our stay and we would come back again

Few things which could be better: Bed could be a little more firm, after the second day we felt the bed was sagging a bit in the middle. The telephone in the room was not working and did not work till the end despite our repeated reminders.

Please upgrade the coffee to a proper machine offering freshly ground coffee.

Near beach, big room, a lot of trees

Old room and too dark. Walking way is old and made of wood might slip or break. Some led light isn't work. All of led lights in the room are warm white led making room too dark to see. We prefer daylight led. Bathroom is old. and curtain aint cover anything. No wifi. Telephone doesn't work. TV is old and only few channel. Air condition is loud. Price a bit over. Hope they will improve all facilities here, it's good location and nice view already..... just making a bit improvement to attract futrue stay.

do not like and should be revision immidiately!! -Information board is not clear difficult to entry - less area for parking - Service mind - Cleanliness of overall (emergent to proov it) - poor pool - I live 2 night with only 2 drinking water and only 2 towel have no anyone to bring another to me -Air condition fix temp.at 25 can not change -TV is so oldlely should be change to smart TV

I really like everything,comfortable bed,very clean room,nice stuff! Everything what I needed was close, the best was night market with food at the late afternoon and evening, bank, ATM, shops were everywhere when I came out from my place. Only to the beach you need to drive or walk a little bit, but everyone here are renting a bike and it's normal that you should drive to the beaches. Ferry is just behind the corner :)

Cleanliness of the room

Breakfast...poor choice of food and almost every morning even if you come at 9.30...breakfast is till 10.30 the plates were almost ampty ,fried eggs were cold and a lot of flys)...so very very bad breakfast
